Volunteers

Our volunteers perform a variety of roles including welcoming visitors, working behind the scenes and engaging visitors with objects from our collection.

We recognise that volunteers are an integral part of what we do, and that they support us to meet our aims while enhancing the experience of our visitors.

We recruit volunteers to help us deliver innovative annual events such as the Manchester Science Festival and Manchester Mini Maker Faire.
