Make it a birthday to remember with a party at MOSI!

Birthday package includes:

• exclusive use of one of our learning spaces for two hours
• hands-on science activities with two members of MOSI's award-winning Presenter Team (for first hour)
• a birthday card from MOSI.

Parties available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am - 1pm or 2pm - 4pm for up to 20 children (plus accompanying adults).

How to book

All birthday parties at the Museum must be pre-booked. Please call 0161 833 0027 or email education@mosi.org.uk to check availability and to make a reservation. A booking form must then be signed and returned in order to secure the reservation. Post or fax the completed form to us at The Learning Centre (details on the form).

MOSI can provide catering for your party as shown below.

Ham or cheese sandwich, a piece of fruit and a drink.

FAQs

How many children can be accommodated?
Parties are available for up to 20 children (plus adults).

What age range are parties suitable for?
Parties are ideal for children aged 5 - 9 (children under 5 are welcome as guests).

Do I need to pay a deposit?
A £50 refundable deposit is to be paid by cheque two weeks in advance of the party.

How do I pay for the party?
The £150 cost of party and any optional extras can be paid on the day in cash, by cheque or by credit/debit card.

Can I decorate the room?
Decorations can be used; however, the space has to be left as found and no drawing pins can be used. If walls/furniture/flooring gets damaged by decorations the deposit will be forfeited.

What time do we have to leave?
The space must have been vacated no later than 15 minutes after the allocated end time of the party. The rest of the Museum is open from 10am - 5pm.
